The three we'd hand you first
Our core trio in 2oz bottles. Ashwagandha is the grounding root at the center of everything we make. Hero's Blend pairs it with six companion herbs, including Red-Belted Polypore, Japanese Knotweed, and Devil's Club, for a brighter profile. Lionheart Blend brings Ashwagandha together with Hawthorn Berry, Motherwort, and Rose, a softer, heart-centered formula. Together they cover morning, midday, and evening.

Suggested Use
Take 1 mL of each, 1 to 2 times per day. Shake well before use.

Farm origin
Every tincture is made in small batches. Our ashwagandha is grown from seed on our farm and on partner farms in the Pacific Northwest, and every root is handled fresh for tincture making.
Spagyric process
We work in small batches with whole herbs and a spagyric approach, keeping origin and process clear from field to finished tincture.
How to use
One dropper is 1 mL, about 30 drops. How often depends on the tincture, so follow the Suggested Use in the description above. If you are sensitive to herbs, start with a quarter to half a dropper and work up. Take it directly or add it to a little water, tea, or juice.

From our field to your bottle
Whole fresh roots, from our field and partner farms
Every tincture starts in the field: our farm just outside Portland, where Jeff has grown ashwagandha since 2009, and the partner farms in the Pacific Northwest that now grow with us. Roots are dug fresh, extracted slowly in small batches, and the mineral ash of the spent plant goes back into the bottle.
