Our 4oz Core Family Set brings together Ashwagandha, Hero's Blend, and Lionheart Blend in the larger bottle, enough to keep the whole household stocked. Ashwagandha is the grounding root at the center of the farm. Hero's Blend pairs it with six companion herbs, including Red-Belted Polypore, Japanese Knotweed, and Devil's Club. Lionheart Blend brings it together with Hawthorn Berry, Motherwort, and Rose.

Suggested Use
Take 1 mL of each, 1 to 3 times per day. Shake well before use.

From our field to your bottle
One farm, whole fresh roots
Every tincture starts on our farm just outside Portland, where Jeff has grown ashwagandha since 2009. Roots are dug fresh, extracted slowly in small batches, and the mineral ash of the spent plant goes back into the bottle.
