I really like this tulsi (aka holy basil) I sleep better at night and helps me manage my anxiety during the day, I’ve used other brands, and the alcohol is too sharp. I can put this under my tongue with out burning. Another brand I have purchased before, that I like, is
from Hawaii, but it takes too long to get here and is way more expensive. I’m glad I discovered this gem in my own backyard.
