This is the first Ashwagandha I actually feel. It creates a subtle background of calm in my mind and a slow steadying in my body. I find it helpful at nighttime for sleep and also decreasing stress in daytime.

Customer service is excellent and Ashwagandha and Hero’s Blend were just what my son was looking for to enhance mental well being. I would highly recommend!
