I purchased this product after my brother passed away and it has been so helpful. I have been able to process my grief and grieving in a healthy manner and I am sleeping really well. I would recommend this and the other tinctures in the portfolio to everyone.

About 2 years ago a man from the Ashwagandha Stand at the Milwaukie Farmer’s Market gave me a bottle of the Ashwagandha when the lady that I was accompanying commented that she had trouble sleeping. She wouldn’t try it and when I did, it had pucker power. So, I put it in my cupboard and forgot about it until this past winter when I found myself sleeping ‘awake’. I pulled the bottle out and saw that the expiration date was Jun 2025, so I put the amount detailed on the bottle, 1./2 a dropper into my magnesium drink before I went to bed and was astounded to find that I had slept the whole night! Needless to say, I continued using it until gone. Farmer’s Market hadn’t opened yet, so I got a small bottle from a Health Store, and then capsules. But, will now be using the new bottle I got from the Farmer’s Market today.
I had no idea that I was stressed and appreciate the fact that I get a good night’s sleep without being drugged. Thank you.
